This review is based on my personal experience with Tom/Jet Life Aero. Well if you are looking at this review, it is highly likely you are looking to purchase an aircraft or sell an aircraft. My experience with Tom at Jet Life Aero was outstanding. Understanding that this industry has a tremendous amount of individuals/brokers that have questionable values, my guard was up. The experience with Tom actually helped me to believe that there are good people in this specific industry after all. After looking at multiple aircraft, we wrote on 3 over a period of a couple months: 1st: wrote offer, but another offer was accepted 2nd: wrote offer, went into escrow, completed pre-buy inspection, made demand for repairs, seller claimed he did not have the money to fix, deal fell apart, due to seller default, the contract insured I received all cost associated with the pre-buy inspection, everything invested related to the inspection was recovered. Tom's contracts are solid and truly look out for the best interest of the person he is representing 3rd: wrote offer, went into escrow, completed pre-buy inspection, made a demand for repairs, seller/trustee was not happy and tried all sorts for legal maneuvering that did not prove fruitful, all while Tom kept his cool and kept a professional attitude. At the end of the day seller/trustee realized the contract was sold and agreed to a purchase price reduction. The experience, professionalism, and calm demeanor of Tom is what got the 3rd transaction over the finish line. If you are buying an aircraft, I would highly recommend getting Tom in your corner, be happy to pay his fee, depend on his knowledge, depend on his resources, and don't be afraid to ask questions. I will absolutely use Tom in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!

Working with Tom was a great experience! He’s extremely knowledgeable of his fleet and easily accessible for questions. Tom was very professional and friendly. He was very patient with a very slow process/purchase through a local government entity. He was able to be flexible with all the locally required documents and purchasing rules. In the end he made it happen!

I had been looking for a Cessna citation Eagle II for some time and was not having much luck finding one on the normal websites. Tom found me one off market and took care of me through the whole process of the prebuy and closing.
