How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

It is easy to get to by taxi and car... There are parking spaces around. If you ha e booked a tour, enter in through the doors under the blue awning... labeled, Outbound flights.... once in side, you have the lounge area where you meet the team and they will verify your goverment ID... after that they will excorte you to the aircraft and way you go.... They jave a nice team there and they are helpful in getting you sorted out. The helicopter flights take around 30 mins... You have 7 mins to get to new york city, they fly you arou.d the sites and get very close to the building... You can take photos as you like amd the piloy will manuver around so you cam snap photos from each side of the aircraft.

Was in town for a wedding recently. Developed a flat tire and they kept me updated along side the on-field shop working to get it fixed. Line guy met me when I parked, indoor staff was friendly, clean bathrooms and snack/drink machine. Good experience here! 10$ landing fee is dumb but not the FBO’s fault, nor on my bill with them. Billed in mail directly from KCDW once home.

Out of all airports in the USA this FBO is probably one of the worst. No one met us at the empty ramp, young dude over the counter was swiping reels on his phone and pointed me to the paperwork not even looking at me. When I told him someone over the phone said they can give is a ride to the bus stop, he said they can’t because they are super busy (we were a literally a single airplane on the ramp and other folks were just chatting around). Yet their fuel is expensive and they charge $25 parking per night. When I was departing I asked where they wanted me to start my airplane because it was parked behind a business jet - they seemed to not be concerned with me kicking in dirt and stones into this jet with prop wash

I always look forward to taking the family up to CDW and getting pampered by this five star FBO. A quick walk across the street and we are eating great pizza too. Hope to be back soon! Mike

What a fantastic FBO. We arrived late in a piston single due to bad weather and our rental car (screw you Hertz) was nowhere to be found. They stayed late and helped us out as best they could. Great facility and a convenient location. This place really made my passengers happy. Departing, we had to beat some weather out; they had us fueled and ready to go ASAP. Departed VFR and picked up my IFR in the air. Tower and ground were very friendly. In my rush I forgot to throw the linemen a tip their way, so this post is the best way I can thank them. I've flown into Morristown and Caldwell and Lincoln Park; but I'll only be flying into Caldwell from now on.
