I flew with Airacer earlier this year. Our original flight was canceled because of unexpected circumstances, which was definitely stressful. Wen personally called me and helped arrange another aircraft for us that same afternoon. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they handled it and how resourceful the team was. I do not fly private often, but I wanted to leave this review because they really seemed to care and did not just pass the problem along.

Most people probably choose Airacer because they need a private jet, but for me, it was more about how they handled the service. I like that they’re not pushy and don’t bother me all the time. They just take care of things quietly. I travel with my pet, so the paperwork is really important to me, and they made that part easy. George really enjoyed the trip they arranged for us, which honestly made me feel better about using them again. I had a really good experience overall

Excellent experience with Airacer again! Our family has been traveled with Airacer for few times, everytime my coordinator Jason was able to confirm and complete my request right away! He made our trip went very smooth! Definitely will travel with them again, such great experience! Highly recommend!

I’ve flown LA to Hawaii with them a few times now. Prices have been fair, booking’s easy, and I’ve never felt rushed. Everything’s been smooth so far, so I keep coming back.
