Outstanding FBO! Always a pleasure.

Amazing little airport and great staff.

On a most recent visit to this facility, I was disappointed to see the very unkept restrooms whose garbage cans were overflowing, not enough paper towels and water all over the counters. The facility was not busy and there’s no reason that the restrooms should be this untidy. I did not find the staff to be particularly welcoming either..

The company jet is based here. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is super nice and helpful. If you're looking for an FBO in Scottsdale you won't find a better one than Jet Aviation.

The FBO is super clean and everyone was very helpful. They offered us a crew car and delivered our passenger's car to the airplane as requested. The pilot lounge was spacious, stocked with beverages, and offered individual quiet areas in the back with comfy chairs & blankets. I really like that they offered a station to refill your water bottle. Women's restroom was well stocked with feminine hygiene items. Would like to see hair products/grooming items too, but overall it was well kept. Thank you 🙂
