I agree the communication is awful. I put 100 grand on a jet card. The first time I had to use it was to fly a Father back to Mississippi whos son just passed away a car accident. At the airport and the flight was three hours late. Next time I use the other 80,000 so I my family on vacation to the Bahamas.
