I agree the communication is awful. I put 100 grand on a jet card. The first time I had to use it was to fly a Father back to Mississippi whos son just passed away a car accident. At the airport and the flight was three hours late. Next time I use the other 80,000 so I my family on vacation to the Bahamas. They screwed up the food on the way there and on the way back last minute they told us that we have to title a different airport that we left from Colin wants to call me. He’s welcome to. We can video it

Awful communication and service. Their team is completely disorganized, and on the rare occasions they did respond, they got the dates and details wrong. Very disappointing experiences so far.
