Pathetic service, booking from triyuginarayan to Kedarnath, weather got cleared in afternoon all heli service started except arrow, cancelled saying bad weather & didn’t adjusted in other slot……..it is a scam,arrogant people………..book any heli service other than arrow………..

Very very bad experience. I booked a hali from sitapur to kedarnath up and down same day. Ticket no 13507. But no heli available to return back to sitapur. I unwilling stay at kedarnath that day and return back next day and bear a huge amount invest to book a hotel at kedarnath. Pl look this

Worst and Pathetic Service We were on an Amarnath Yatra in 2023 and booked Arrow Aircraft's helicopter service from Neelgrath to Panjtarni and return. Initially, the helicopter was supposed to start at 6 AM, but it started at 8 AM instead. The wait time was extremely high, and the staff was unresponsive to our queries. We somehow reached Panjtarni at 1 PM, visited the holy cave, and came back. At 5 PM, Arrow stopped its service and asked us to stay at Panjtarni without providing any answers. Meanwhile, Global Aircraft was continuously flying until 7 PM, but Arrow made us stay at Panjtarni. The next day, our return aircraft was scheduled for 6 AM, but it was again delayed without any reason. When yatris asked questions, the staff at Panjtarni started assaulting them physically. When the yatris retaliated, the staff threatened that no one would go to Neelgrath that day. After some complaints to the police at Panjtarni, a compromise was reached, and the SP of the Panjtarni camp assured the resumption of service. However, the situation escalated as the Arrow staff at Neelgrath, numbering 10-12, began hitting our group members very badly, and no JK police intervened. They attacked around 6-7 young people from our group and even tried to hit one woman. Arrow Aircraft's service and communication are pathetic, and their staff has no work ethics. The government and Shrine Board should take serious action against Arrow Aircraft. And I personally recommend to book Global aircraft instead this year.

Worst experience of my life to choose this pathetic airline. Horrible experience , They made us wait for a whole day and at the evening they said we will not able to send you to kedarnath mandir due to bad weather but at the same time they are operating continuously and other airlines helicopter as well. After requested many a times they rescheduled to next day, But it cost us approx 10000 extra and with family , we all suffered a lot. Very bad......

Very very bad experience with the people with no cooperation to the passengers. We a group of 52 tourist from Chennai booked tickets by our tour operators 1 month advance for 10 May '22 where 22 got confirmed on 9th mid night by message. Sirsi is in helipads message location, but on reaching there they said a different place.On reaching we found all other heli operators were flying at the time & these people say cancelled for 3 days due to bad weather.It seems they have a very old helicopter with poor landing instruments. He asked the cancelled people to come Gupta kasi (25 km) to collect refund. And so not even 1 had dharsan from our group. I can submit any proof in this subject. Don't book tickets & get doomed of money. This is for the welfare of the public.
