How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

Beacon Air Group gets a 5 star review from us! We did a quick fuel stop in a Cessna Citation Bravo. They had the fuel truck waiting for us upon arrival. They had 4 line service guys out there. We got a top off on fuel, ice, coffee, catering, and a lav dump and they had us turned in 20 minutes! It seems that service like this has gone by the wayside at most FBOs. It's nice to see an FBO not try to cut costs by understaffing. I highly recommend Beacon Air Group for anyone looking for a quick turn! The building and facilities are top notch as well, with a nice coffee shop inside! Staff was super friendly and professional!

BEST FBO we've been to in the country! The staff here are absolutely amazing and the facilities are TOP NOTCH. They were super helpful with rental car pickup and dropping onsite made getting out so easy. Full service gas prices are really fair and they cleaned our windscreen...very classy. Even helped us mail an item last minute which was above and beyond. We stopped twice and enjoyed both stops during a long cross country to White Fish. Last stop we ordered lunch at the restaurant and both wraps were delicious. Everything is brand new. The employees though are what sets this place apart. If you are anywhere near Billings this is the FBO to go too. Can't recommend enough!

This is a great FBO. I *might* be biased, as I chose to board here, but I see them treat everyone very well, and I have no personal financial interest. It's a newer business, but founded by an experienced aviation business-builder who knows the region and the business well... he sets the bar high in terms of a service orientation and love of aviation. All the people are sharp (many are aviation professionals and pilot students, not just punching a clock). The atmosphere is cheerful, welcoming of all, and always helpful. Services are reliable and my plane is well cared-for. Flexibility, advice, services, and prices all excellent. The facility is brand-new and very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. They also are providing space for local instruction, an AME, transition programs (e.g. TBM) and a well-regarded local mechanic works in one of their hangars. They also just started charter services, which I am thinking will be a good option if you are in the market. BTW the coffee shop is good and convenient, though currently open earlier in the day.
