Bulgarian Aviation Services is a private jet charter broker based in Sofia. As a broker, Bulgarian Aviation Services arranges flights on FAA Part 135 certificated aircraft operated by third-party charter operators, sourcing the right aircraft and negotiating terms on the client's behalf.

Charter broker, not a direct operator. Brokers arrange flights on aircraft flown by Part 135 operators. Comparing brokers? See the operator register for who actually flies the aircraft.

How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

The professionals in the industry. I see the bad reviews are related to prices, and nothing good is cheap

So far, I have successfully completed many deliveries through their warehouse. I find the fact that I have to go through customs and organize my own transport to be an advantage, because they do not oblige me to use whose services. The thing with the forms is also convenient, because they send me both notifications of new shipments and all documents electronically. I forward it to my customs broker, pay by bank and only send a courier to pick up the goods. I work with them entirely remotely, which saves me a lot of time and expense.

Extremely incorrect and manipulative behavior. When releasing an air shipment, I was subjected to unnecessary administrative disputes and attempts to force me to sign documents in favor of the company, which are not legally binding. Instead of assistance - constant changes in requirements, contradictory instructions and attempts to charge additional fees without any real basis. The communication was tense, unclear and far from professional attitude towards a client. I have been working in logistics for years and I encounter such attitude extremely rarely. I would not recommend this company and I will personally avoid it in the future.

Awful customer service! I did not know where to collect the stuff from and what the admin fee would be. It was just a matter of receiving an email with full instructions, so I know what to do and within what time, so I do not pay late fees. I do not blame the woman I spoke with on the phone. It is the managers of this company that must be trained or fired.
