Clay Lacy Aviation is a private jet charter broker based in CA. As a broker, Clay Lacy Aviation arranges flights on FAA Part 135 certificated aircraft operated by third-party charter operators, sourcing the right aircraft and negotiating terms on the client's behalf.

From the expert level marshaling, we received on a taxi in to the “whatever it takes” service they gave us in the lobby and took care of my passengers, their service was second to none.

How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

The space itself is clean and comfortable, with a small lounge area offering coffee, tea, water, and soda. When we arrived, the young woman at the front desk was quite serious answering all our questions about parking and reservation information, I expected a warmer greeting, especially since we were flying private, but maybe that’s just my own expectation. Overall, it was a good experience, the rest of the staff were very accommodating and attentive, and parking was conveniently available.

Cassandra and her team at Clay Lacy are exceptional! From the expert level marshaling, we received on a taxi in to the “whatever it takes” service they gave us in the lobby and took care of my passengers, their service was second to none. We used to go to another FBO and now we only go to Clay Lacey.

Would recommend! Staff was so sweet and the flights were smooth. I was a bit nervous bc of all the bad reviews. But the more I read them, the more I realized they were not written by people who actually used Clay Lacy Aviation. From what I can tell there was an incident that happened with some employees and the general public. Oh and someone owes someone $500 lol. But it was not reflective of the service I received. Great experience!
