They wasted my money and time. They got ride of a primary training plane during the height of check rides. I was handed off to too many instructors and it cost me thousands and helped me fail my instrument. This place is ran like a highschool except its owned by Walmarts family. They dont care about the students. Just look at the price hikes and safety concerns. Flying has never felt so soulless and for profit

Columbia Jet Center has been fantastic to work with for my 17 year old. He has had great experiences with flight instructors and flight lessons. I look forward to continuing to work with the Jet Center and watch him achieve his goal of becoming a pilot.

Colombia Jet Center was by far the best training experience in my over 26 years in the aviation community. Thier administrative staff was friendly and efficient. The training team built confidence while giving relevant feedback. I am a former Army Aviation BDE CDR and would recommend the Jet Center to all aviators that want to transition to the fixed wing community and or career.

Current student at Columbia Jet Center, working on my private pilot's license. First solo flight today, in fact. They've been great to me. Everyone is competent and friendly. Facilities are good. Instructors and management are great. Wide variety of planes to learn on. Highly recommend learning to fly here.

Over the past 2-3 years this business has gone under new management, and it has received a complete cosmetic and operational overhaul. Since then, the flight school department has quadrupled in size, including a beautiful Twin Tecnam for your multi-engine needs. The flight instructors are very knowledgeable, and plentiful. This should be your go-to choice for all things aviation in Mid-Missouri, whether it’s a fuel stop, or a discovery flight. Snacks, crew car, full service fuel, excellent customer service. Great learning environment for students, and 24/7 ARFF response on the airfield. 5+ stars.
