They identified the right aircraft, secured an outstanding pilot (Sam), coordinated both departure and landing airports (out of several small ones to choose from), and even helped me with finding reliable car service upon arrival, ensuring my executive arrived at his meeting on time. Every element was handled with precision, warmth, and genuine professionalism. What stood out most was how thoughtfully cost-conscious Laura was — even without me mentioning budget. And on top of that, DoubleDay saved me a tremendous amount of time. Their focus on truly helping however they can — from scheduling flexibility to on-the-ground logistics — shows how deeply they understand the the fast-moving realities of corporate travel, and the urgency and pressure these executives are under. Throughout the entire process, Laura checked in, followed up, and made sure I never had to worry about a thing (even while she was on vacation!).
