We called ahead to seek help in finding accommodations for the night. They not only got us a place to stay, but with a discount and transportation. When we arrived, we were quickly marshaled in, secured, topped off with fuel, and provided with a needed quart of oil. Upon entering the FBO, a shuttle bus was hailed, which provided us a ride to one of the nicest hotels in Billings. All service with a smile! This is one of the most friendly, helpful, and responsive FBOs we have had the pleasure of visiting, and we have been to many. Thanks for everything!

The staff at Edwards Jet Center was extremely helpful and greeted our crew immediately at the helicopter. The weather was less than favorable when we arrived there, with strong winds and rain. They towed us into their hanger in order for us to conduct maintenance on the helicopter and allowed us to keep it in the hanger overnight. Being that we were in a Blackhawk helicopter they still were able to tow us in without any issues. The hanger was spotless, and we had more than enough room to complete our maintenance. The staff at the front desk, Jolana and Michelle, were super friendly and answered all of our questions about the surrounding area. It was a great atmosphere inside with plenty of accommodations. I will definitely make sure that we stop there again when we have future trips that bring us through Billings.

Jeff Doyle to the rescue!!! Big shout out to these guys…. Who rescued us twice. (Thanks again Jeff & Team). We felt like family. They looked after our issues and went way above and beyond. Without boring you with the details… I would highly recommend this FBO for how they dealt with our mechanical issue… But I would also highly recommend this operation for their cool pilot lounge, comfy leather couches, snack area, coffee bar, and efficient service. Their hangars are huge and super clean. Something about the way they treated us tells me that it wasn’t a one off. It seems like a culture of nice people helping people.
