Empire Aviation USA is a private jet charter broker based in West Palm Beach. As a broker, Empire Aviation USA arranges flights on FAA Part 135 certificated aircraft operated by third-party charter operators, sourcing the right aircraft and negotiating terms on the client's behalf.

Charter broker, not a direct operator. Brokers arrange flights on aircraft flown by Part 135 operators. Comparing brokers? See the operator register for who actually flies the aircraft.

How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

I've worked with Empire Aviation for years across multiple fleet types, and at this point it doesn't feel like a vendor relationship — it feels like a partnership. In this industry, that distinction matters. When you're running a Part 135 operation, the difference between a shop that services your aircraft and a shop that actually knows your aircraft shows up in turn times, in squawk resolution, and in the phone calls you don't have to make. Empire has earned that trust the hard way — by being consistent over a long runway. They've built up real institutional knowledge on my airframes, which means fewer repeat discrepancies, smarter workscope recommendations, and the kind of judgment calls only experience produces. Their team communicates like adults, owns their work, and treats my fleet like it's their own. Plenty of MROs can turn a wrench. Very few become part of how you actually run the operation. Empire has. Highly recommend.

The Empire Aviation DAL Team is my primary go-to source for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on my three aircraft stationed there. Any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend, the Team is responsive and honestly eager to help with whatever I drop in their lap. Excellent communication, excellent service and truly some of the best technicians I've had the pleasure to work with. I only wish I could "duplicate" their team and have them closer to Houston! Highly recommend Empire Aviation DAL for all your aviation maintenance needs! Keep up the good work fellas! Jeff Davis - American Jet International - Director of Maintenance

Most rude employees. Met them outside of work and are rude to waitress’ before I even sat next to them.
