I can’t express enough gratitude for the amazing service and friendly people who work here. I absolutely have to give a special shoutout to Preston, he went above and beyond for me. I hope this somehow gets to the owners of Epic and they acknowledge his work. Preston, thank you for coming back to give me the laptop bag we left behind, that was incredibly nice of you and you wholeheartedly I appreciate that very much.

Epic Jet Center are above and beyond in service, cleanliness, and amenities. Gorgeous pilot lounge. Crew car. If you land at Meadows Field you need to go straight down taxiway A until you reach epic.

If/When you stop at Bakersfield, CA Epic Jet Center is the FBO you MUST go to! The name says it all! One of my projects had me based out of KBFL and the ENTIRE staff gave top-level customer service. Every time I entered the FBO, the CSRs (Carson, Maria, Pricilla and Skylar) always greeted me with a smile! The line guys (Josh, Mike, Alex, Nick, Joe, Nate, Preston and Linc) always greeted me when I returned from a full day of flying and were quick to execute any services needed. My plane was always ready to go in the morning -- They even put the red carpet out for my lil 172!! They treated me and my 172 like jet clients! The General Manager, Jason was always accommodating when I had to fly on days the FBO was closed for the holidays. Never had to worry about any invoices because Blanca was on top of it! What made my project enjoyable was the daily interactions I had with the staff! Now, I compare all the other FBOs to Epic Jet Center for they have set the bar high!!!

Great FBO! Great staff! Even the black PIT BULL was awesome! She’s a sweet heart and a well trained animal.
