Executive Jet Management

As other comments say below, terribly unprofessional and unfriendly. Landed at LUK airport and needed to pick up my rental car, which on Google maps shows that it's at EJM, so I parked and was immediately approached and aggressively told to leave. There was no willingness to help. Until the front desk lady came out and simply told me that Signature was where the HERTZ rental car service services. The lineman should be trained to be professional, they were all very rude, when there was a very simple resolution.

I cannot comment on the process, but their service was exceptional.

Phenomenal customer service by fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Additionally, EJM is by far the best management company for corporate aircraft, you will not be disappointed.

Great corporate FBO and even better service. Their aircraft management programs are the best in the country. They also offer on demand charter flights whenever or wherever you need to go.
