I dealt with Rena Davenport on a trip. She cancelled the trip, ignored us on the payment and breached our contract terms. We sent several emails called many times and no one answered us. Be very careful if you choose to do business with this company, they are not experienced nor are they professional in the aviation industry.

This was my first trip with Exquisite Air Charter. I decided to try them out because I was not happy with my old company. Trying them was the best thing I have ever done when it comes to flying. The young lady that arranged my flight was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my trip was seamless and it was!!!!!! Thank you Rena and Exquisite Air Charter for a great trip with excellent professional service. I will use you again and again.
