They cancelled our trip 3hrs before scheduled departure and they have not refunded the payment. It has been well over a month and more than $20,000

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience warrants one. One segment of our charter was not performed due to an AOG. Prior to that, passengers had already experienced a significant delay and were diverted to an alternate airport about an hour away by car. After the aircraft went AOG, we requested a refund for the unused segment. We reached out to the company multiple times by phone and email. On several occasions, we were told someone would call back or provide an update the next day, but those follow-ups never happened. While we did eventually receive responses, they were vague and did not include a confirmed refund amount or timeline. We were informed the funds would be held as credits for 30 days. As of today, the funds remain with the company, and no confirmed refund date has been provided. In charter aviation, transactions involve substantial sums of money. When operational issues occur, clear communication and timely resolution are essential. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever worked with. They look for any excuse to cancel a flight and then refuse to issue a refund. Completely unprofessional and impossible to trust.

Garbage driver. Guy who’s driving their van around on January 18 is going to cause an accident. Can’t imagine anything decent coming out of this company or their small little prop engine planes being anything but terrible if this is the type of people they employ.
