Customer service was quite rude. I asked about why I had to put 150 deposit for my products to be shipped. I was told "pay it or we wont ship, you'll be refunded" then the chime was a personal account.

I've been using Global Transportation Services for over a decade now, and I'm never disappointed. Drivers always early, well-dressed, polite, clean cars and they know their ways arround the city avoiding any traffic. The owners, Rony and Dany, are the nicest owners I've dealt with.

It was a great experience. Drivers are punctual and on time picking us up and it stayed that way throughout the night. Very professional driver was never more than a few minutes away. The vehicles are nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Will DEFINITELY use services again!

I was having a big event in Houston and had a lot of guests from out of town. I needed a car service company. I am glad I called Global Transportation: The Service over the phone was amazing, the drivers showed up on time and were very professional the whole time, the cars were all brand new and really nice, I could not have been happier with their service! Great Job guys! and thank you for helping me out last minute!
