Based on my personal experience, I will never do business with Brandon or any company he owns again. In my opinion, his approach appears driven by money rather than customer outcomes, and the team under his leadership, while generally polite and personable, demonstrated serious incompetence when it came to aircraft maintenance and follow-through. Despite friendly interactions, the quality of work performed on my aircraft was unacceptable, with multiple issues left unresolved. For an industry where safety, precision, and accountability matter above all else, that disconnect is deeply concerning. For these reasons, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting their aircraft to Brandon or any operation he controls. I know I won’t be returning.

I have known Brandon from the day I purchased my first TTX. He flew to my hometown and spent the entire weekend training me how to fly her. When I was ready to sell, Brandon not only got the price I wanted, but within a month, found a Cirrus that was exactly the aircraft I needed, and the in the green that I love! When I contacted Brandon and told him I was ready to sell the Cirrus, the turnaround and payout was outstanding! When I am ready to get back into the game, I know exactly who I going to call!
