How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

The staff was very helpful in letting us know the best path forward for my budding pilot. We will definitely be proceeding with this school.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Just yesterday I took my first discovery flight. My flight instructor, Usak (I probably butchered the spelling on that), was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and it was overall a great experience. I fully intend on returning for flight lessons.

I've been wanting to learn how to fly since I was a kid. But it never seemed like I could fit it in. This year my wife set up a surprise discovery flight for my birthday. It was incredible! My instructor, Brian, was fantastic. Super chill, friendly, encouraging, and supportive. I'm surprised how much I actually got to fly the plane so early in my learning process. (And was a little more nervous than I thought I was going to be!) However, Brian's skill and relaxed approach made the entire experience an absolute joy. I highly recommend Horizon Aviation's discovery flight and Learn to Fly program! My only regret is waiting so long to do it!

I did my private, instrument, and commercial training here. The instructors I worked with were knowledgable, reasonable, and very professional. You can tell they really care about their students, and none of them were there to just get to 1500 hours. Vicky, in particular, is the most competent CFI I've flown with. If you're ever having trouble understanding a subject, she will always have a way of simplifying it and giving you that eureka moment. Definitely schedule a discovery flight with them if you can! Flying around Narragansett Bay/New England is a dream!
