We have used Icarus Jet for a chopper service we needed for our daughter’s event recently. Sanoop provided excellent customer service and helped us coordinating the helicopter ride for us. He made sure the planning was done meticulously and everything went as planned. Sanoop was always available for any questions we had. We scheduled a flight from Mpanda to Kilimanjaro in Tanzania for 2 planes to transport a volunteer medical team of 18 surgeons and nurses. The planes arrived on time, the crew were professional and helpful. The planes were in perfect condition and the pilots were well trained. Being a pilot myself I was able to determine that the pilots followed appropriate standard procedures and there were no safety concerns whatsoever. I strongly recommend them.
