IAA Air Ambulance has been growing for 20 years into a company specialized on the transport of patients needing intensive care. Transports are accompanied by our highly qualified medical staff only who use our own state-of-the- art medical equipment. We charter planes from renowned German and Austrian aviation companies as we have no aircraft of our own.
These companies secure continuous maintenance of their aircraft and are subject to strict surveillance by the aviation authorities. Our operational staff is used to handling ground as well as air transport. IAA Air Ambulance is no broker. Our subsidiary Ambulance Intensivmobil GmbH (www.intensivmobil.at) has a fleet of intensive care vehicles at its disposal, based at several locations in Germany and Austria, serving as mobile intensive care units and granting top level patient transports.

Rücktransport nach Skiunfall-OP von Zell am See nach Idar-Oberstein in RLP Deutschland. (ca. 700 km) Die Abholung erfolgte pünktlich und sehr freundlich durch Doreen und Thommy. Ich fühlte mich sofort gut aufgehoben. Ich empfad die Fahrt mit Doreen als Fahrerin als sehr sicher und angenehm. Thommy hat seine Arbeit als Begleiter auch sehr gut gemacht. Die Firma IAA Air Ambulance kann stolz auf solche verantwortungsvollen Mitarbeiter sein! Danke nochmals an Doreen u. Thommy! Meine Bewertung für Euch liegt damit bei 5 wohlverdienten Sternen! We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the smooth and perfectly organized repatriation from Tenerife to the Bundeswehr Hospital in Ulm. Pius suffered a quadruple leg fracture and a broken hand while hiking on La Gomera. We felt incredibly well cared for by the Ambulance IAA team, both in the jet and in the ambulance. The transport was great; I was even allowed to have some snacks, which was very kind. And they were very quick to drive me from Austria to Heilbronn. I thought I'd have to stay another day in Austria and was very surprised at how fast it went. Therefore, 5 stars, thank you very much!
