I can't speak highly enough about the team at JetOne. We approached them with a challenging request, helping us move our dogs from Puerto Rico back to the mainland on a fairly tight budget. They were extraordinarily patient and thoughtful, digging into options with us and even CALLING us (on the phone!) to make sure they fully understood our needs. We aren't normally "chartered airline" people, and frankly found the whole prospect of chartering terrifying, but JetOne made it feel possible, and we're really grateful.

Fantastic service and experience. We were in a jam when the CrowdStrike issue effectively grounded commercial flights. I called JetOne, and within an hour had a jet booked. It was a beautiful jet with a great crew. I can’t be more complimentary of how Paul and the JetOne team took care of us and saved my family’s vacation.

JetOne Aviation worked hard to make sure we were still able to make our holiday on time with no issues or worries.
