Would not recommend this company, highly disrespectful and unprofessional. If you’re 37 years old, they said you can’t have money, made fun of me for being a millennial on the phone, made fun of my height assumed I was short assumed I didn’t have money assumed that I was living with my parents absolutely appalling with their unprofessionalism and assumptions. Showed cluster personality disorders classified in the DSM-5 tr. Gustavo Lira Who claims he was the owner of the company. Called back and they said his name was Steve. Call to get pricing on charters because Wheels Up is no longer offered with American Express Platinum this year.. Would advise do not go with this company, recordings of all the interactions do not know how to post an auto recording. I put up with this stuff when I had nothing and now that I have money I still have to put up with this absolutely not! This screenshot was after him yelling on the phone at me gaslighting for 15 minutes.. Ask for an apology numerous times refused to. do not advise going with this company

If you are looking for a private jet that provides personalized service, you are looking for JetOptions. The service we received was beyond what we expected. I called many, many charter companies and either did not hear back or was turned down because of our guest with special needs that needed assistance boarding the plane. Gus personally made arrangements to help our girls board the plane with ease. We had good communication through the whole process. They took care of our every need and provided a staff that made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. They now feel like family and will be our first choice when we need to travel.

Best group I’ve flown with. Very detailed when it comes to planning out the itinerary and provide concierge-like service. Are always quick to respond and are fun to work with. 5 stars.
