How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

At a time when customer service seems to be at an all time low, K-9 Jets raises the bar to the very top. From the time I started to inquire about how this all works, to us having to make adjustments to our travel plans, every person I spoke with was kind, efficient & patient throughout the entire process. I have an American Bully who is band from all commercial flights because of his breed. If it wasn’t for K-9 Jets I would have never been able to move to Europe because leaving my dog behind was never an option. I can’t say enough about how well I have been treated by Adam and everyone at K-9 Jets. This is one of the best & most well run companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you all for everything ❤️

I was genuinely blown away by how great the experience was with K9 Jets. I ended up taking several flights with them, including connecting K9 Jets flights, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout the process. As others have mentioned, communication after booking can be the biggest hurdle. You may need to schedule a callback (and call them right away if they don't call you) to get questions answered. That said, it is also worth noting that the K9 Jets team clearly has everything under control and is very good at what they do. They organize the seating chart based on dog temperament, which made a huge difference. My dog can be reactive toward some dogs, but we never had any issues. On one flight, another dog became a little snippy with a bigger dog, and the team quickly handled it by having one of them switch seats. The planes, pilots, flight attendants, baggage handlers in Teterboro, flight coordinators, and everyone in the K9 Jets system were excellent. Adam, Emma, Vicki, and the rest of the team were all wonderful. There is truly nothing better than flying with your dog and being surrounded by other dog lovers. I met so many wonderful people and dogs on my flights, and I can only say great things about the overall experience. I highly recommend K9 Jets if you need to travel between the U.S. and Europe or the UK with your dog.

My dog's move from the US to the UK went so smoothly because of K9 Jets! If your experience is like mine, you will have little contact with them after booking until about a week prior to your flight. Don't panic. They create a seating chart that accommodates the size and temperament of the animals. Day of, you have a meet and greet with the other animals. Things go smoothly from there! Flying your animals in-cabin is expensive, but was worth it for my family. If I ever needed to move my dog again (hopefully not!), I would book with them again without hesitation. Also, I recommend using the paperwork company K9 Jets recommends (Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates). Together, my dog had no issues and is now with me, safe and sound in the UK!

My dog and I travelled to London from Toronto in January 2026. He required open-heart surgery which was not available in our home country, and due to his heart condition and size, travel options to get overseas were limited. K9 jets service made it possible to get my dog to the UK for his surgery. The pre-flight process was smooth, and K9 jets made sure that the paperwork required by UK authorities was in order before departure (I had to obtain paperwork from our veterinarian and have it certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, but K9 jets staff coordinated with UK authorities to ensure that all details were in order and fixes made ahead of the flight). The flight itself was perfect, and my dog Henry was very relaxed. Importantly, we only had to arrive at the private terminal 60-90 minutes ahead of the flight, and my dog was able to go outside to relieve himself as many times as needed before boarding started. Dogs and owners were boarded one pair at a time to prevent any potential conflict, and the dogs had a last chance to relieve themselves immediately before boarding the aircraft. After landing, processing with the UK border authorities was done promptly after the aircraft stopped taxiing, and my dog was able to relieve himself immediately after we disembarked the plane. Overall it was an enjoyable and stress-free trip. Another benefit of flying in this type of jet with a dog that has health issues is that, compared with a large commercial jet, a gulfstream is able to have cabin altitude lower than a commercial airliner, despite actually flying at a higher altitude (to be confirmed by somebody with relevant expertise, which I don't have, but this may be important where breathing difficulties, heart issues, or potential clotting might be of concern). I certainly felt like the air in the cabin was more comfortable than commercial flights. Unfortunately my dog didn't make it through surgery, and when requested by me for my own memories of my dog, Dan from K9 jets went out of his way to provide me with their original videos of my dog that were used for social media purposes. Thank you Dan.

I’ve been traveling internationally with my pets for 4 years, and I can honestly say K9 Jets has been the most incredible experience of all. Traveling with both my dog and cat can feel overwhelming, but with K9 Jets, everything was effortless. Their care, attention to detail, and 10/10 service made the entire journey stress-free and gave me total peace of mind. What stood out most is how thoughtful the team is — every question, every worry, every “what if” I had was already anticipated and taken care of. I felt supported every step of the way, and my pets were treated like family. I truly can’t thank the K9 Jets team enough and would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate or travel with their pets. They turn what could be a stressful experience into something genuinely positive and memorable.
