KCAC Aviation is a private jet charter broker based in KS. As a broker, KCAC Aviation arranges flights on FAA Part 135 certificated aircraft operated by third-party charter operators, sourcing the right aircraft and negotiating terms on the client's behalf.

Charter broker, not a direct operator. Brokers arrange flights on aircraft flown by Part 135 operators. Comparing brokers? See the operator register for who actually flies the aircraft.

How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

Came to visit KCAC for the first time after my son and daughter-in-law moved to the area. Beautiful FBO and my wife even commented that, "I've never seen a line-team hustle like that". When we arrived, was a group of four of us all coming in at the same time. Line-crew was running across the ramp area, marshalling everyone to different locations. They had a plan for all of us, and they were using their radios to make sure everyone was in the right spot for efficiency. Was a thing of beauty. My son and I knew we would come back a few hours after we landed for both to do night currency, and the line crew took great care of us, and after we completed our landings, were there on a cold evening with the AVGAS truck to make sure we were topped off immediately. Too many FBO's always want to put-off topping us off, and has too often resulted in a delayed departure because they put-off the inevitable. Not here, this team was on-top-of-it. FBO is beautiful, and they have maintenance facilities focused on newer Piper and Pilatus aircraft. They aren't setup to be a primary maintenance facility for older aircraft like my 1981 Turbo Saratoga, but it is nice to know that you could get some support if you had an AOG situation on a flight. Towered airfield, and the tower was great at supporting my son and I getting our six night landings in during our November visit. Great hospitality overall in the area, and KCAC Aviation and Trent's team really set the tone for an awesome visit.

I came in the other day and had such a great experience! It was raining and pretty late but Ari came out and helped me anyway. She was so nice and helpful. I feel like at so many FBOs when you come in late you don't get quick service. Thank you!
