I use my chime card to book the room and pay for the room then when I get there they went on the time card and they didn't refund me my money back they still owe me $1,200 and I have not received it yet

We have been waiting for some time now to hear back from Corporate regarding relinquishing our Time share. Very discouraging.

I own at a Vacation Village resort for over 10 years and I wish I had never purchased. Instead of getting more than expected, we get less each year for more money. An no I don't want to join RCI and convert to points for an outrageous fee. Its a shame a company like this doesn't spend any time innovating and finding ways to make happy owners. They have no idea what a boost that would be for business. Implement some web based sharing sites for owners and renters. Bring more amenities to the resorts like shuttles to popular attractions and spa services Allow cross use at each resort without involving RCI. Wise up and join the 21st Century.

The people here are very rude on the phone. I feel like they will rip you off for any penny they can. Tina Campbell the manager I spoke to on the phone many times sends me to a voice mail of a Lili Kent whom is on Vacation. It seems she has been for weeks now. I have been calling for 3 weeks now to pay off a timeshare and they refuse to let me do so. The Person in charge is on vacation and no one knows when they will be back. They have no one to take her place of business. I would go somewhere else where people know when people are in there office. It's a snake corporation.
