The service center at Million Air was outstanding. Had an oil line break on a single engine turbine and Richard in the service department got me right in to diagnose the issue. Monte was an excellent technician to work with, but several others were also very good and thorough. We ended up having to order a part, but has soon as the part arrived next day it was installed quickly and carefully, I was on my way. Fair pricing and top notch service. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Unfortunately, this particular Million Air, and its predecessor Lubbock Aero, can be described as consistently inconsistent. Twice this week alone, pullouts have been missed for their tenant customers. There are good folks who work here, but the underlying culture is broken. Service here is subpar.

Great fuel stop. I've never waited long for fuel, staff is friendly. They have quality courtesy cars. Cookies are always waiting. They have a Keurig with several coffee options. Chairs are very comfortable. Enjoy

Wow what a excellent service from this FBO incredible the assist me in everything car rental , hotel , shuttle, plus all what I need for my plane 100% recommend and cheap fuel !!

Though I've heard rumors from locals regarding carelessness and damage to aircraft, I had no issues. Its an excellent FBO; the only thing it's missing is a movie theater in the pilot lounge. Staff was really friend; the areas were well stocked and clean.
