How a broker works for you

01

Brief the trip

Route, dates, passengers, and preferences — a good broker turns that into a precise aircraft spec.

02

Source the operator

Brokers shop your trip across FAA Part 135 operators, comparing aircraft, positioning, and price.

03

Verify, then fly

The operator on the certificate flies you. Check their safety ratings and reviews here before you sign.

Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip — then look them up on the operator register.

Although I didn't end up booking with Mayo due to reasons outside of my/their control, I wanted to give a shout out to their excellent customer and sales service. When we needed a plane to urgently bring our dog down to a lower elevation they were super prompt to help and provide a very well priced quote. Much appreciative for their care. Thanks to Darian for her help and professionalism.

Several years ago I originally came to Mayo Maintenance during my search for a maintenance facility that had experience with the Piper Cheyenne series. My original decision to utilize Mayo was more due to lack of options than anything but in the end I am very glad I chose them. Finding a maintenance facility that not only I could trust to service our aircraft but one I could also build a solid relationship with was critical for me. Here, the staff have always been patient and friendly taking the time discuss, options for upcoming maintenance and then, walk me through the maintenance that has been completed. Whether it is a squawk or regular service the Mayo staff always make me feel that our aircraft is the most important no matter how busy they may be. Not once has my company missed a flight due to delayed or poor maintenance. Additionally, we are planning to upgrade to a King Air within the next year and knowing that Mayo also has extensive experience maintaining King Airs makes it an easy decision to decide who will maintain the aircraft, Mayo Maintenance of course.

I received multiple emails from Mayo saying "Mayo Aviation located at Centennial Airport in Denver is working very hard to become the #1 Citation Service Center West of the Mississippi". Well good luck with that. The aircraft was dropped off for a few minor items for almost 4 weeks. When I got in the airplane to start it I was met with a FADAC fault that wouldn't clear. The airplane was grounded for two additional days. The shop is unable to post electronic MTR's into Cescom. The airplane was returned dirty, the mechanics do not clean up after themselves. Both the elevator and rudder trims were returned in a full defection position that could have caused an accident on take-off if not caught. (There was no work done that required the trims to be touched.) My recommendation, stay as far away from this place as possible. Nothing about the operation or the people instills confidence.
