I bought the Medel Smart 91151, but the hose broke and I can't find it. They only sell universal kits, but it doesn't work on this model. It has two different connections. I absolutely have to buy a new one. I call and it rings for 2 hours, but no one answers. Never again will I use this brand.

I must point out to potential buyers that this blood pressure monitor is a piece of junk. It's made in China, after all, so it doesn't work at all, as confirmed by pharmacists. It takes abnormal readings, even if you do them multiple times; they're all out of calibration! Absolutely don't buy them, you're just wasting your money! It's enough to drive you crazy. Plus, as a final bonus, if you call customer service in Milan, they don't answer. SHAMEFUL. They're busy.
