I started my renewal as a pilot after a 30 year laps in time .. I was assigned Chef flight instructor Luci .. she went beyond what I had ever expected .. in a good way she pushed me to bring up to speed to get me ready to fly again .. the staff at Midwest is also great .. including Mr Steve .. .. .. if you have a problem they will help you and also help find a solution .. most definitely.. good people

So dang awesome. I bought my husband a discovery flight. Everyone there was super nice. Cory was so awesome, he let my husband experience flying the plane himself once they reached altitude. My husband said it was the best gift ever. He tells everyone about it. I plan on doing this again. Love this company

So for Christmas I wanted to buy my guys something different. Teenagers (15&18) and husbands are hard to buy for I think. I wanted to get something they would remember so one of their gifts was a discovery flight with Midwest Aviation at the Paducah/Barkley Airport. We cashed them in today and they each got to take a ride alone and take over controls if they chose too. I believe it was a success. They all enjoyed it and all three had different reactions and different likes about the experience. After the flights the pilot/instructor (Cory) took us and showed us around the hangers. They have 3 hangers: a maintenance hanger, a private storage hanger, and a sale hanger. Cory was their pilot and he was so knowledgeable about the different aircrafts and what questions the guys hadn't asked which really weren't many I bombarded him with a ton of questions and he could answer every one of them. Definitely well worth the experience and if you are looking for something different and exciting I encourage you to contact them about the flight. I honestly think I will go back and do it myself when it isn't cold. All the staff at the aviation place were very professional and knowledgeable. From the girls helping with my purchase to the scheduling to the pilot and the line guys today. KUDOS! They were all great!! Well worth the experience. I originally heard about it on the radio and had to wait for the ad again to get information of where because I missed it. When I went to look for information on it I struggled to find it and finally called. That would be my only suggestion. ***
