Landed here at 2:15am Mariela was really helpful and helped us get a ride to our hotel at such a late hour. She also recommended a great restaurant she deserves a promotion and a raise ASAP.

The front desk staff at HOU was exceptional. Truly made our passengers feel welcomed. Brilliant smiles, wonderful courtesy; an excellent service company!

Very disappointing service. I'll add the caveat that we were there on a busy post-game day and the deluge of calls they were getting were overwhelming them and not their fault. Notwithstanding, the service was lacking. We asked the front desk for coffee and ice. After 30 minutes we called again to check on it and they said they'd send someone over (we were on a remote ramp accessible only by shuttle due to too many planes on the main ramp). After an hour and a second call, our passengers showed up. I finally got a ride back to the main building to see if they could quickly give us a bag of ice and fill up our coffee pot, only to find 4-5 line workers sitting around doing nothing (at least that was the image). If things are busy and the situation is completely out of your control, I'm totally cool with that; you can't expect the impossible. But when I ask three times and never receive services while employees are sitting around, that's bad service. There needs to be better communication between the front desk and the line crew. The facilities are nice though.

Very nice FBO . I’m sure it is one of the nicest at Hobby. Galaxy and Thunderbird FBO are also on that list. The exterior with its green lighting and beautiful landscape kind of lets you know what to expect inside. The interior is very well decorated and always very clean. Everything is top Knotch including the service.
