Muncie Aviation.

We purchased a 2023 TBM 960 SN 1495 and there was no discount on this aircraft. The whole experience was kind of disappointing as Khris the salesman from Michigan who sold us the aircraft didn't even bother to show up for the delivery. So you buy a $5 million dollar turbo prop and you get run through the paper mill for the delivery and that's it. Really no customer appreciation or even a hat or a T-shirt from the dealer. There was also no after sale follow up from management as Martin was much more involved with his tractor on his ranch than he was with having anything to do with this sale. The sales team was a no show and with the aircraft itself even things that we squawked on the aircraft like damaged handrails on the rear cabin entry stairs and defective air vents in the headliner remain unresolved two and a half years later. Talk is cheap but the price of these airplanes is not and clearly this particular organization needs a lesson in customer service and customer satisfaction. In regards to the TBM product itself it's a fantastic product We could not be more pleased with the decision we made to purchase the TBM it's just unfortunate that the territorial processes in the TBM sales channel cause the problems by forcing you to your local dealer.

Amazing shop, five stars!

I have not had a great experience with Muncie Aviation. I purchased a 2024 Piper M350 and could not get an appointment for an annual. Then I took the plane in for service and they did not fix anything, and spent $1000. Needing to buy a plane for 2026 and I have not been satisfied with response to my inquiries on that either. I would not recommend this company.

I purchased my last 3 planes from Kris Layson at Muncie Aviation and I should have written a review a lot sooner. Kris Layson was a true pleasure to work with. Kris listened to my needs and helped me find 3 perfect airplanes from his inventory. Kris went out of his way to make sure I had the best buying experience! The rest of the team at Muncie is just as enjoyable to work with. Todd & Bryce are 2 of the best pilots and instructors I have met in the PA46 market. I learned the most about my planes from flying with both of them. Don Burris who heads up the maintenance department is one of the best in the business. Don is one of the most knowledgable service managers I ever met. Muncie has always been there to help even after purchasing my aircraft several years ago. Even though I live further away I still buy all my parts from Keith and Zane in the parts department. Their professional & knowledgable customer service is the reason I purchase everything from them. I would also like to thank Cheryl for always assisting with my paper work and any other needs. Muncie Aviation is owned by its employees which is one of the main reasons they care so much about customer satisfaction. Thank you Muncie Aviation for many years of the best customer service!

Very nice welcoming staff. Clean comfortable waiting areas. They have always done my VFR transponder checks in close to an hour and at an extremely competitive price.
