Just want to share about my recent trip with ONEflight International (OFI) The flight was flawless and the crew was awesome. And I must say the catering was absolutely spot on. A most wonderful ending to a spectacular week of vacation. We all can’t wait for our next trip and I want to give a special shoutout to our OFI rep, Gabriel Lopez and the whole Quality Flight team. Gabriel is very attentive to our flight needs and returns my call 24/7- 7 days a week. And he made sure this trip was the best, and it was. I’ve had experience with two previous flight companies and am now closing in on my first year with OFI and have not only been extremely happy but I have also referred several friends. I have been a new customer for the last three months and used One Flight several times including at the last moment for emergencies. The experience has been incredibly positive. Gabriel " Gabe" Lopez was my initial point of contact and he has remained engaged and managed every flight with superb professionalism and responsiveness. Entire team (Haley, Emily, Caleb and others) has been proactive, prompt and a joy to deal with. The leadership is also engaged and Dimitri was one of the nicest sales leader that I have dealt with. I feel that I have found the perfect partner for my travel needs.

I have enjoyed two flights on OFI, and I have children who have also traveled with their families on One Flight International. All in all this comprises 6 different flights, and each and every flight was stellar in every way. The aircraft, the crew and the ground staff were beyond limit in all of the support they gave us throughout every flight experience. We will consider OFI whenever we are planning flights.

Been flying with ONE FLGHT for a little over a year. The whole team is so easy to work with and so far follows up to make sure all the details are handled. After the flight, they check in to make sure you had a good experience. Dimitry is on top of things and makes sure your flight experience is great.
