terrible and rude customer service; they don't reply to you in time and then keep you waiting for hours by saying the truck is on the way. it could be way much better if only the customer service were improved.

The worst service ever i have seen in UAE is ORG Logistic and specially the Person who makes Gate passes Mahmood. not answering the Call and msgs very rude
