Motorcycle was transported via these guys. The bike sat in their warehouse over 4 days before I was contacted, battery died. The warehouse workers helped me as best they could ( great hard working guys) to get it stared, ended up buying and installing new battery. The warehouse supervisor said he would help with info needed to file a claim with the shipping company Hawaii Car Transport (this company is terrible when it comes to customer service- they will ignore your calls and hang up on you)....he never sent the me anything-lied to my face. He's the only reason I'm not giving them a better rating.

We shipped our Frenchie to LA, through Pacific Air Cargo and could not be happier! Laura was amazing with helping us coordinate his arrival with ours and after a full day of stressful travel (for us), Mochi arrived safe and sound and was so happy to be able to join us for our vacation. Round-trip from Honolulu to LAX is only around $1000 for large dogs and as long as you have all your pet's health records in order it is a breeze. Highly recommend their services!!! Mahalo again for taking such great care of our Master 🤙❤️😎🤩🤙

Thank you PAC for helping us ship our dog from Hawaii to Los Angeles. From the customer service over the phone and the handling on site, the all team did a fantastic job! Prices were also reasonable and very competitive. Our doggie arrived safe and sound! I will definitely use your services again!

Convenient with great customer service. The staff here made it very easy to ship my friend's dog to her. I generally expect difficulties with paperwork or some unknown requirements with things like this, but the staff made it easy. I trusted that they would treat the dog well, and she made it safely to her destination.

I drove my friend here the other day so that he could drop off his dog and cat. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding during the whole process. They 100% support the Military family's around the Island and are patient with all of the stress that goes along with it. Generally at Cargo locations it seems grimy and unclean, but it was a very professional and tidy environment. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
