Unfortunately, the service here has declined. A while ago, people communicated pleasantly and friendly on the phone, but now you can barely finish speaking and explain your request before you hear "goodbye" and the phone hangs up. Especially in a business aviation center, I expect a more courteous approach.

Unfortunately, it's become a service wasteland…as a crew member, you have to listen to the two owners complaining at every opportunity, whether appropriate or not, and you get the feeling that you're not a welcome customer. Moreover, the service offered is extremely poor.
