I was fortunate enough to recently connect with Pati & South American Jets amidst an trip that was one of the more complicated situations I've endured in my 20 year career. In brief, a close client fell ill at the most southern tip of planet earth, became hospitalized and needed to get back to the USA immediately. A very nuanced and regulated situation and Pati and her team accomplished it within less than 72 hours. She was professional, communicated effectively, transparent, cared deeply, was sypathetic to the situation and went above and beyond her call of duty multiple times. Including being a translator for us with local Doctor's and Civil Authorities. Without any question, Pati will be my first and only call going forward for trips in/out of the Southern Hemisphere, South America and Central America. Well done SAJ and Pati! I can't thank you enough....you all are great!
