Being relatively new to private flights I had a lot of questions before booking. Grant answered all my questions and handled just about everything except for flying the plane. He and Status Jet really went above and beyond. Now booking my second flight for a family vacation. Business or pleasure I highly recommend Grant and Status Jet.

with respect and professionalism. It is important to support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Leaving a bad online review is not something I take lightly, but in this case, it is necessary to warn others about the poor treatment I received from Status Jet. I hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the company to improve their customer service and treat their clients with the respect they deserve. In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with Status Jet. Their rude and unprofessional behavior is a clear indication that they do not value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a different company for your charter flight needs.
