Ask any broker which Part 135 operator will fly your trip, then look them up on the operator register.
We had an aircraft there for several months to complete a pre-buy inspection and while the work was acceptable, their billing department was the worst i’ve ever encountered. We received multiple “Preliminary” invoices. We would pay these invoices promptly only to be reminded that “All final invoices must be paid before the aircraft is released.” It’s impossible to pay final invoices when no “final” invoices are sent. I also was given a credit card authorization form for an amount which I approved only to have an additional amount (non invoiced for fuel) added on top of it without permission. That is not how a credit card authorization works! She also tried to double bill both us and the buyer of the aircraft for another fuel order. Watch your wallet here…

I'mma long way from being able to afford an airplane, I was just an outside vendor on a one day visit but these are professional people doing highly technical tasks. Glad to have them in my hometown.

While I was only visiting a fried, not flying out of Steven's Aviation, I was very impressed with the operation. I've been in the Aerospace Industry for 35 years, so I've dealt with operations from the biggest airlines, to the smallest FBOs. This place is state of the art, well laid out, clean, organized and well staffed. If you're in need of FBO services in the Southeast you owe it to yourself to check them out.
