TEXAS AERO is an outstanding General Aviation facility on the Waco Regional Airport (KACT) that has been in continuous operation since 1973 with an accommodating 10,000 sq. ft. terminal and lobby building and well over 40,000 sq. ft. of combined hangar and office space. Our new facility opened in 2000 giving customers and pilots alike the luxurious amenities they deserve. TEXAS AERO’s ownership has owned and operated corporate aircraft for over 46 years. We own, operate and manage a wide range of aircraft from a Piper Super Cub to Citations, Hawkers, Challengers and Falcons. Our Team is a true culmination of aviation knowledge, we are not only an Full Service FBO, most of our management and maintenance staff are also active pilots. We are constantly out traveling in the aviation world. We see the competition first hand and continuously bring back ideas and innovations to improve our facility and your experience.

We based our firefighting aircraft out of this FBO in October. The staff was awesome and always friendly and helpful. They even put up with us having to sit around the FBO for 10hrs a day waiting to get called to fly a fire. Great facility and great people. Can't recommend this FBO enough.

As a frequent flyer to Waco, I've come to appreciate the convenience and service at Texas Aero at Waco Regional Airport. While it may not have the same scale as Million Air in Austin, Texas Aero offers a welcoming atmosphere for both arrivals and departures. This full-service FBO, situated in the heart of Texas, is a testament to the area's rich aviation history, which dates back to 1941 when it served as a military airfield during World War II. The commitment to aviation excellence is evident in every aspect of their operations, including fueling services that make Texas Aero a reliable choice for pilots. Whether you're coming in for a quick stop or planning a longer stay, their team ensures a smooth and pleasant experience, making it my top choice for flights in and out of Waco.

This facility is very clean and is really nice. Has no business having any facility fees with the cruddy service they have here. The staff is just unorganized. We showed up and there crew car was out of fuel, so we had to add fuel just to get to where we were going in town. The front desk was all over the place. We placed a fuel order and when we showed back up to the airport an hour and a half later the airplane still had not been fueled. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get fuel. They were not even busy, the front desk staff were on their cell phones not lifting a finger. Honestly no excuse for all that went down during our visit. Would have hoped for a much better visit with such a nice facility.

We've been to a lot of FBO's throughout the country and this was one of the best. Andrew and his staff were fantastic handling our 125 person charter. Very well-run establishment.
