OUTSTANDING customer service! Steph and Sharon in Customer Service are great ambassadors for Tiffin Aire, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued! These two ladies WOW'd us with their hospitality and willingness to help us with a last-minute request for a crew car. Kudos to them! Very pleasant visit at the FBO, and in Tiffin.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! My friend and I were returning from Oshkosh. On our way there and back to PA we stopped for gas at Tiffin Airport because the price was very reasonable. They even offered their car to us so we can grab something to eat from Bob Evens. Thank you for your hospitality!

We bought a new (to us) airplane and were flying it across the country. The plane needed a repitch of the propellor. Tiffin said no problem we can do that. So we detoured out of our way. When we get there, they pull the prop off and are about to get started when the higher ups say nope, we won't touch without an overhaul. They clearly wanted more money and to cover their butt's. They told us there was nothing wrong with the prop but it's company policy. Would have been nice to know ahead of time before detouring... Then they quoted us 10k for a new prop you can buy online for 7k. Clearly a rip off company. It has been recently bought by a large conglomerate and is no longer the mom and pop store it once was.

My recent experience at Tiffin Aire was overwhelmingly positive. I flew in for a Hartzell propeller overhaul/exchange ("prop swap") and received the highest level of competent, courteous service from start to finish. The job was completed impeccably, on budget and ahead of schedule, and while work was underway I had the privilege of meeting many of the fine folks who work at Tiffin Aire and getting a tour of their remarkably impressive facilities. I highly recommend Tiffin Aire for anything from full-service fuel at self-service prices to major maintenance/repair/overhaul, and everything in between. I'll be back!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Tiffin Aire at the Seneca County Airport (16G). Their attention to detail and top-level craftsmanship during my De ice Boot install, prop upgrade, and annual inspection were commendable. The detailed log book review and excellent communication instilled the utmost confidence in my airplane's airworthiness. Andrew, Mike, and Nevin's genuine care for both you and your aircraft shines through. I cannot express enough positive sentiments about my experience with Tiffin Aire!
