Crayton and Tim our flight care crew were phenomenal. The professionalism, care and compassion they showed us during our difficult time will always be remembered. They explained the process precisely and made us very comfortable. The whole experience was seamless

The whole team at Angel MedFlight was unbelievable. It started with Veronica! Extremely informative and she answered all my questions. She gave me information and advice about the insurance process. She also told me about things I would not have even known about. She showed how much she cares about the patients and family. Candace Greg, and Monica were also great too. As far as the flight crew. The pilots Brian and Zac(I believe) were amazing. They made us feel safe and got us smoothly and quickly back. Deven and Jay were all-stars. How Jay treated my wife and worked with my mother-in-law to make sure my wife was comfortable was amazing. Deven kept me calm and at ease while monitoring my wife’s vitals. They both stayed with us and helped carry bags. We had a few heavy ones. They both also made sure we had transportation to and from the airports. This is a well ran organization. Thanks again!!

We traveled from Portland OR to Chicago IL for my boyfriend to continue his TBI recovery at Shirley Ryan. This was the smoothest part of our journey yet. They made a complete terrible time in our lives so much easier. They were comforting and supportive and took me under their wings (literally). Even the pilots! I couldn’t have chose a better way to travel under these circumstances. From Emily(maybe wrong name) on the phone scheduling to everyone in the airplane. It was a great experience and they were all so sweet when they left us at Shirley Ryan and I got hugs from all three of them. Wonderful people ❤️

Angel MedFlight was absolutely INCREDIBLE! After waiting weeks for insurance to approve a medical flight from Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, we reached out to Angel MedFlight. My son was on a ventilator and urgently needed to be transported. Within just 48 hours of contacting them, they had us safely in Cincinnati. The entire team was extremely professional, compassionate, and efficient. I was even able to fly with my son, which meant so much during such a stressful time. Their services are truly life-saving, and I am beyond thankful for everything they did for us. Highly, highly recommend Angel MedFlight — they went above and beyond when we needed it most!

The flight Medics David and Chaleece were amazing and gave us the full service from the minute we met until we were settled in our room. Can't say enough on how engaged they were before, during and after the flight. Great team. The pilots were courteous, professional and very efficient in everything the entire trip. Overall under the circumstances I couldn't have asked anymore from the service that was provided.
