I have used Vitesse for over 20 years, both for personal trips and for business. During that time I worked for an organization that produced events exclusively to high net worth individuals and CEOs across the country. Whenever we needed limo service for any of our clients we would only use Vitesse. Always on time, immaculately clean cars, always great drivers. 5⭐️ service.

My wife and I were on an Amtrak vacation last week, and Vitesse provided ground transportation twice for us, once from Grand Canyon Village to Sedona, Arizona, and again from Sedona to Flagstaff. The transportation manager, Scott, let us know in advance when to expect our driver, and which vehicle to watch for. He also let us know that the ride would be a few minutes late due to bad weather, which we expected because of the weather we had seen at the Canyon during that day (Friday, 04/18), so we completely understood the situation. Besides, since we were on vacation, there was no deadline we had to meet, so time really wasn't an issue, as long as we were kept informed. Our driver, JB Turner, was an EXCELLENT choice! He was friendly, funny and very well-informed about the local area and geography/geology. He suggested several don't-miss places to visit in Sedona, and offered to stop off with us for coffee, since he was late picking us up. Most importantly, he got us safely to our hotel through the bad road conditions and poor visibility. We were so happy with him that we asked Scott to pair us up again for Sunday, 04/20, when we needed a ride back to Flagstaff to catch our train home. Again, JB offered to stop for coffee or pick up some snacks while we waited. We even pulled over a couple of times so I could get some great vacation photos. JB went above and beyond, and we were happy to take selfies with him before he had to leave. Well done, Vitesse!
