Constant delays on the Irkutsk-Bodaibo route. Not only is the price unreasonably higher than Angara, but Angara also ends up departing earlier than Iraero (even though the flight schedule should be the other way around). Flight RD-141 from July 23, 2025

Hanoi-Irkutsk flight on January 24, 2025, at 1:05 AM. We were taken to boarding at 12:40 AM and kept in a bus in front of the plane for the next hour. Then we were told we were being taken back to the airport because the plane was experiencing technical issues and it could take another 15 minutes, maybe longer. We were brought back, the doors were opened, but they didn't let us exit, and we were turned back onto the plane. We departed at 2:30 AM. About an hour and 20 minutes later, when the flight attendants rolled out the trash carts, we began to bounce and shake violently. The flight attendants quickly rolled the carts out of the cabin, and their agitated voices added to the eeriness. It was like riding a small boat through the waves in a storm. I don't know how long this nightmare lasted, because at some point, fortunately, I switched off. Until then, I was remembering all the gods and envious of those who slept and brought alcohol. Upon landing, the flight attendants recommended tightening our seatbelts, and here's why: as soon as the plane touched down, we started bouncing in our seats like mini trampolines. Once on the bus, I overheard other people discussing how terrifying it was. A ticket to the underworld cost 26,000 rubles.

Здравствуйте. Приобрели билет с Якутска до Иркутска. Задержка была незначительная, ориентировочно 20 минут но! Если бы кто нибудь предупредил,какой это будет самолёт и в каких условиях мы полетим,я даже за бесплатно не полетела бы. Это типо военный самолёт ан 26,где 2 длинные лавки вдоль борта, (сидишь друг напротив друга,лицом к лицу)переоборудованный в грузовой.в самом самолёте навозом пахнет. Загоняли как скот,через аппарель. Лететь 5 часов,почему то нас не кормили,хотя сам персонал доставал из тумбы боксы с едой и ел,за все это время принесли только по бутылки с водой,ни о каком горячем чае мы и мечтать не могли а так хотелось,потому что Стоило нам только взлететь,как в самолёте стало дико холодно. А ты сидишь на этой лавке спиной к ледяной стене,согреться нереально. Лавка просто доска,сверху ковролин,ни какого намека на паролон хотя бы.Попы у всех были квадратные К концу полета я чуть не оглохла от этого шума,который стоял внутри. Шумоизоляции ни какой.И отдельно хотелось бы сказать про туалет. Это вообще ужас. Дверь не закрывается,внутри полная антисанитария🤢🤮 Вначале мы подумали,что это пранк и над нами кто то шутит. Перед тем как зайти внутрь,нам строго приказали убрать телефоны,типо съемка запрещена. Я очень разочарована сервисом вашей авиакомпании!!!

I flew an international flight from Irkutsk to Hanoi and back with this company for the first time. I absolutely loved everything. Larger airlines could learn from their service. Therefore, in these challenging times, I wish IrAero continued growth and continued success for its fleet and route plans. A special thank you to the pilots.

On the phone they said the extra charge for baggage would be 2800 per piece, but at the airport they charged 3600 per piece.
