Terrible experience: we had a terrible experience with A2B. We booked in advance for a special birthday for my mother. We travelled from Denmark for the trip. When we arrived there was no helicopter and they hadn’t informed us that they had cancelled the flight. We spent ages trying to get through to someone, who promised a significant upgrade but this never happened. We were offered a single date the following weekend to rebook, which we couldn’t do, and no significant apology. We did get a refund.

I went with my wife and daughter for a short flight yesterday in Brighton by night and it was brilliant we really enjoyed the experience. Pilot was excellent a great help. Absolutely fantastic. Really great host and the rest of the staff were lovely and welcoming.
