Adagold were extremely responsive and helpful when I needed to book a last-minute charter flight (with less than 5 working days' notice, and this was our first charter!). The whole process went without a hitch; and the feedback from the travellers was that the service by Adagold was 5-star at their Brisbane Jet Base, and on the flight - and that the actual flight itself (including take-off and landing) was also great!

We recently charted a jet for 65 people from Brisbane to Moranbah and back, the availability of the Adagold staff to handle all our enquiries and changes and willingness to go above and beyond with all aspects leading up to and on the day was excellent. Melanie - Stanmore Coal
