The opportunity to have a helicopter flight is always awesome and out of the Advanced Flight Heliport is perfect. We were asked if we wanted to take our three Howick grandkids out to let them have a look at all the helicopters in the hangar and of course they and Oma and Opa jumped at the chance. The hanger, office block, helipads etc. are amazing, so well organized, exceptionally clean and tidy, the coffee-lunch lounge even more so, and our host Sean makes an excellent flatwhite. One of our other other grandkids was already there with his Mum and Dad (the pilot), the three with us were awestruck, especially the 9 year old boy. Then we were invited to come for a flight over central east of the city, the kids were amazed as I am everytime I go up, I'm still a 69 year old kid as well. Advanced Flight is a fantastic helicopter operation and to be highly recommended if you should ever want to fly anywhere or for any reason in and around the Auckland region or beyond, love it.

For a man like me that's been into rotor aircraft for so many years. This place is heaven. I could sit and watch the birds take off and land all day.
