It's never too late to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and service I received when arranging a medical transfer from Concepción del Uruguay to Trelew. Thanks to their willingness to resolve any issues that might arise, my wife was able to receive the love and support of most of her family and friends before her passing. Ms. Karina, whom I contacted, guided me through and facilitated everything related to the transfer and its coordination. The Operations Manager contacted me to coordinate the flight, and the company's medical team communicated with both the attending and receiving physicians to ensure everything went smoothly. The flight took place in favorable weather conditions, although the winds in the Trelew area were quite strong. This did not affect the aircraft's operation thanks to the crew's expertise. The onboard doctor was always attentive to my wife's condition until her arrival at the receiving hospital.
