I had Loading at this company warehouse, and I meet really nice guy, he helped me to enter the airport, guided me throught security.

Professional handling – very warm and personal service – excellent catering – very well-maintained aircraft. Service from the ground staff varied from ITA (very good) to Bremen (disastrous). However, this is probably not the airline's fault.

A terrible airline! Unprofessional staff, awful catering for customers, and one plane even burned down due to pilot error! I would never book a flight with them.
